Imutabl can hide your profile through deactivation. Hard deletion of onchain NFT and wallet data is not possible because that data lives on the blockchain.
- Open Settings → Account.
- Choose Deactivate and confirm.
- You can reactivate later from the reactivation flow if eligible.
